This treatment constantly stimulates your mind to think positively by asking self-reflecting questions and teaching coping techniques in various situations.

Countless people around the globe are currently struggling with mental disorders, representatively anxiety and depression. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford a treatment from a professional therapist for various reasons. To address this issue, IHeal CBT aims to help those in need by allowing them to easily treat their mental health at the tip of their fingers.

Depression

If you are suffering from depression, you may be subject to thought distortions that can result in a negative feedback loop. With the right approach, these distortions can be adjusted to improve your quality of life. CBT reaches out to help you challenge and fight your negative feelings.

anxiety

If you are suffering from anxiety, you will feel fear, helpless, and vulnerable. This is because of negative beliefs derived from distorted thoughts. CBT reaches out to help you overcome the endless fear and worry by altering your negative thought process positively.

How the App Works

I Heal CBT's journey for a strong mental health takes 7 days, 10 minutes each day. Each day has various activities that enables the user to discover their inner feelings, causes of depression or anxiety, and their own customized coping mechanism. Also, if the users want to repeat the process, they can do it gain infinite times.

I Heal CBT starts the course by provoking the users to recollect the emotions they felt when experiencing severe anxiety or depression. This is because the course aims to make the users investigate the true cause of their mental stress. After digging up and revealing the tangled problem, I Heal CBT guides the users how to manage their mentality.

Our Journey

6 students

I Heal CBT was born among 6 ordinary high schoolers who acknowledged the severity of mental disorders such as anxiety and depression and their influence on our society. Through in-depth research with reliable data and resources, we discovered a friendly mental treatment that is affordable for everyone. We incorporated this method in a mobile application so everyone could access it without great difficulty.
